LATE REGISTRATION

TEAM CAP
Each institution is allowed to register a maximum of 4 teams. If you wish to send more teams, email registration@ateneoaustrals.com. You will be placed on a waiting list.

N-1 RULE FOR ADJUDICATORS
The total number of adjudicators sent by registering institutions must equal the total number of teams minus 1. (e.g. If sending 3 teams, an institution must send 2 adjudicators).
*note: This is also the maximum number of adjudicators you are allowed to register. Institutions who wish to send more than N-1 adjudictors should email adjudication@ateneoaustrals.com.

AFFIRMATIVE ACTION
Note that the AIDA Constitution requires that (1) at least one third of all debating contingents must be female; and that (2) at least once third of the debaters in the first three teams of all debating contingents must be female.

AIDA DISCOUNT
Individuals who wish to avail of the discounted rates for AIDA-accredited adjudicators must provide proof in the form of:
(1) Your listing on the AIDA Accreditation database (provided by the AIDA Executive).
(2) If you are not on the database but believe you are accredited, proof of accreditation to the satisfaction of the 2008 Ateneo Australs Organizing Committee will suffice. Email adjudication@ateneoaustrals.com.
(3) Proof of AIDA Accreditation must be provided before midnight 30 April 2008 (GMT +8).
(4) Note the discount does not apply to the pre-registration fee.
